Dynamic Structural Integration is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned construction firm specializing in fortified structures for private clients and government institutions — founded by the people who defined the standard.
Underground shelters. Fortified residences. Structures that hold.
Custom-engineered protected structures for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private estates requiring blast, CBRN, and EMP-rated construction. Designed from a threat assessment, not a product catalog.
Secure facility construction and structural hardening for federal agencies, military branches, and institutions. SDVOSB set-aside access and cleared personnel, where verification, discretion, and execution reliability are non-negotiable.
The founders other firms called when they needed answers.
Before Dynamic Structural Integration existed, Nathan Leininger and Steven E. Chadwick were the operational knowledge behind the firms that define the fortified construction category. Competitors came to them. That expertise — built across 40 years of combined uniformed military service — is now applied directly by DSI.
The same discipline that governs a private protected structure governs how DSI serves government and institutional clients: threat-informed, execution-first, with military grade accountability at every phase.
// CREDENTIALS
SDVOSB certified. DoD Secret Clearance held by founders and key personnel. SAM.gov registered. Every credential government-issued and independently verifiable.
// CAPABILITY
Fortified private structures. Government and military facilities. Saferooms and blast-rated systems. Structural hardening programs for schools, institutions, and critical facility owners nationwide.
// POSITIONING
Where SDVOSB certification, military-grade execution standards, and proven protective construction experience converge — DSI occupies a position no standard construction firm can replicate.
// 02 — THE FOUNDERS
Two branches. 40 years. One standard.
Nathan Leininger and Steven E. Chadwick both began their careers as US Navy Hospital Corpsmen — the military’s most versatile combat medical specialists. Nathan served as both a Combat Medic and Intelligence Analyst across the Army’s post-9/11 operational period, then spent six years in global Worldwide Protective Services operations with Triple Canopy and Constellis. Steven went on to serve as a Naval Special Operations Operator and NSWG2 TRADET Lead Instructor, training East Coast SEAL teams before retiring as Senior Chief (E-8).
Both continued in senior defense advisory and contracting roles after service. The founding of DSI is the direct expression of that combined background — applied to the built environment.

// 04 — WHO WE WORK WITH

Private wealth managers, estate attorneys, executive protection consultants, and luxury architects who specify construction partners for clients who delegate only to those who have earned it.
// 05 — BEGIN
We didn't enter this industry. We built it.
DSI works with a focused number of clients at any given time. Every engagement begins with a single confidential conversation — no obligation, no sales process, and the full attention of the founders.
